About the Role
We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Urban Physiotherapy and Urban Pilates — North Sydney’s leading allied health practice and pilates studio.
This is a front-desk role at heart, but one with real variety. Alongside reception duties, you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes — supporting the team, managing schedules, and ensuring every client feels genuinely looked after.
Flexible hours across 3–5 days per week, negotiated to suit the right person.
What You'll Do
Reception & Client Care
- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Manage phone, email, and in-person enquiries promptly and professionally
- Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments across practitioner diaries
- Process payments and manage client records accurately
- Handle client concerns with care and confidence
Clinic Support
- Keep the clinic tidy, stocked, and running to a high standard
- Manage supplier orders and office resources
- Support practitioners with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding communications for new clients
Light Administration
- Maintain accurate databases and client records
- Process correspondence and assist with reporting
About You
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering a great experience — every single time.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a reception, customer service, administration, or hospitality role
- A warm, professional manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Confidence with computers and willingness to learn clinic software
- A positive, can-do attitude and reliable work ethic
Experience in healthcare, allied health, or fitness is a bonus — but your attitude and people skills matter most.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
