We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team at our new headquarters in Botany, Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing client enquiries and delivering outstanding customer service. You will become a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate their event requirements and ensuring every project is delivered seamlessly.
Industry experience is essential. Applicants must have previous experience within the events, hospitality, exhibitions, hire, production, venue or related industries.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing enquiries from existing and new clients, preparing quotations, coordinating project requirements and ensuring a smooth handover to our operations and production teams.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities and provide solutions across our extensive range of furniture, styling, linen, tableware, exhibition and custom fabrication services.
This is a relationship-focused role with a strong emphasis on customer service, account management and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email and website
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues and industry partners
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Follow up leads and opportunities in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and enhance client outcomes
- Coordinate project requirements with internal departments
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections and venue visits where required
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and business systems
- Achieve monthly sales and account management targets
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in an account management, sales or client service role
- Experience within the events, hospitality, exhibition, venue, hire or production industries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
