Cocktail Bartenders
Razz Room moves through different rhythms of trade, from refined cocktail service through to high-volume live entertainment and late-night sessions. We need people who can adapt to each environment while maintaining the same level of professionalism, service and attention to detail.
What you'll do
- Shake, stir and serve great cocktails with confidence and consistency.
- Work across cocktails, wine, beer and the broader bar operation.
- Deliver warm, engaging service and make guests feel looked after.
- Keep the bar organised, clean and moving during busy service.
- Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Bring some personality to the bar and help create the Bar Bruno atmosphere.
We're looking for someone who
- Has solid cocktail bartending experience in a quality restaurant, bar or busy hospitality venue.
- Is confident with classic cocktails, techniques and service.
- Is quick, switched-on and calm under pressure.
- Brings good energy, personality and a strong service mindset.
- Takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a new venue from the beginning.
About You
We’re looking for people with experience across hospitality, cocktail bars, restaurants, live music venues or other high-volume environments.
You might be an experienced Manager looking for your next venue, a Supervisor ready to take the next step, or an experienced Cocktail Bartender looking for a great place to work with a strong team and quality product with an above award rate.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in a hospitality, bar or cocktail-focused environment
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for quality beverage service
- Experience working confidently in high-volume trade
- A calm, confident and professional approach under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in hospitality, music and culture
- A current RSA
- For management and supervisory roles, experience in team leadership, stock control, GP management and NSW liquor licensing will be highly regarded.

Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour
