About the role
The Customer Service Administration Support Officer provides a range of administrative and project support functions. The position supports the Lead Administration Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager – Projects to have a high functioning and operationally efficient team.

About you
We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses:
- Proficient technology skills such as MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to use relevant data to solve problems to enhance systems and processes
- The ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Hold a valid clearance to work with children (Working with Children Check for paid employment) clearance or willingnes to obtain one.
- Hold a valid provisional or full Australian Driver’s licence
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
