Anglicare are currently seeking to hire a Fundraising Campaigns Manager to join our Mission Impact and Engagement team based in Fortitude Valley.
The Fundraising Campaigns Manager will lead the delivery of fundraising campaigns, donor appeals and events that increase fundraising revenue, strengthen supporter engagement and build community support for Anglicare's mission.
The role supports Anglicare's mission, vision and culture by creating meaningful opportunities for individuals, community groups, schools, parishes, corporate partners and other supporters to contribute to positive outcomes for vulnerable people and communities. Through the delivery of engaging fundraising initiatives and donor experiences, the role helps grow awareness of Anglicare's impact and inspires ongoing philanthropic support.
This role reports to the Head of Fundraising and has one direct report (Fundraising Coordinator).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns, appeals and events
- Translate strategic priorities in operational plans, activities for campaign event implementation.
- Design and implement fundraising initiatives to increase donor acquisition, engagement and revenue.
- Lead the planning and delivery of fundraising and donor cultivation events
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop campaign messaging, promotional materials, digital content and media opportunities.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, sponsors, speakers and event partners to support successful campaign and event delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance supporter engagement, participation and fundraising outcomes.
- Develop and manage campaign and event budgets to achieve cost-effective fundraising outcomes.
- Monitor fundraising performance against targets, budgets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate donor, campaign and event records within CRM systems.
- Utilise donor data and insights to inform fundraising strategy, segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure fundraising activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, ethical fundraising standards and organisational policies.
What our team are looking for
- Current National Police Check OR Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Queensland Driver’s Licence.
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field or relevant practical experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in fundraising and event management, or campaign delivery roles within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proven track record in managing successful fundraising events or peer-to-peer campaigns.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and ethical fundraising standards.
- Familiarity with CRM and fundraising platforms (e.g Funraisin, Raisers Edge).
