We are looking to bring on experienced shift supervisors to bolster our leadership team to as we continue to grow and develop our group.
Daisy is set in a basement below Shorts Place, with a mission to provide Geelong with outstanding drinks in a professional, yet fun and energetic service atmosphere. We are a young, passionate and growing team that love to work hard and socialise often. We are keen to bring like minded people onboard.
What we are looking for in a supervisor:
- Demonstrated hospitality experience (3+ years in a similar venue). Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
- Long term viability - we seek candidates who are looking to work with us for more than 1 year
- Strong communicators who care deeply about upholding standards
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional service skills and presentation
- Friendly, approachable and growth oriented demeanour
- Team-oriented, committed people
- Weekend availability is a must, but we understand if you aren't available every weekend
