In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Intercity operational station duty manager team to deliver safe, reliable and customer-focused station operations, ensuring exceptional service for customers and a safe environment for employees.
This role will see you lead the day-to-day operations of Moss Vale Station, manage and develop frontline teams, oversee station performance and presentation, support safe and efficient train running, and respond to operational challenges. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your leadership capability, broaden your operational expertise and build a rewarding career across one of Australia's largest transport networks.
You will lead service excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused rail environment, balancing safety, people leadership and competing priorities to deliver positive outcomes for customers and the community. Working on a rotating shift roster which includes weekends, afternoons, nights and as well as public holidays. You may have the opportunity to work additional hours at short notice with the potential for overtime.
A Talent Pool will be created for current and future temporary and permanent, full-time positions at the Moss Vale Station the next 18-month period. If you are deemed suitable at interview and a vacancy arises in your preferred location, you may be contacted and asked to complete pre-employment checks.
