SEC Plating Pty Ltd is a long-established Australian-owned company specialising in electroplating and industrial coating services for customers throughout Australia and internationally.
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Electroplater to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn a specialised trade and build a long-term career in a stable and growing industry.
Full training will be provided by our experienced team.
Your duties will include:
- Learning electroplating and industrial coating processes
- Preparing components for plating and coating
- Inspecting, cleaning and finishing products
- Assisting with quality control procedures
- Operating production equipment under supervision
- General factory duties and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
The successful applicant will have:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- A reliable work ethic and punctuality
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and good hand skills (advantageous)
- A sound understanding of the English language, both written and spoken
