Lubex is a growing Australian lubricant manufacturer and distributor based in Hoppers Crossing. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join our production team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role operating our cartridge filling machine and assisting with general production and warehouse activities. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cartridge filling machinery
- Pack and label finished products
- Assist with production and manufacturing tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
Experience
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right candidate.

- Forklift Licence (Preferred)
