Greek-Speaking Personal Care Attendants | Join Our Award-Winning Team
At Prestige Inhome Care, we’re looking for compassionate and experienced Greek-speaking Personal Care Attendants to join our award-winning team and support clients across Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, including Oakleigh, Mount Waverley, Rowville, Glen Waverley and surrounding areas.
For many of our Greek clients, speaking their language is more than communication—it’s comfort, connection, dignity, and feeling truly at home. If you’re passionate about caring for others and want to make a real difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role – Make Every Day Matter
As a Personal Care Attendant, you’ll provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes, helping them live safely, independently, and with confidence.
You’ll support with:
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Mobility support and transfers
- Dementia, Parkinson’s and palliative care support
- Companionship and emotional connection
- Meal preparation and light domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments and community outings
- Building genuine, meaningful relationships
Every day is different—and every shift makes a real impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Greek-speaking (highly desirable)
- A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in disability support or home care (preferred)
- A genuine passion for supporting others
