About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Motor Vehicle Salesperson to join our growing dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing new and used vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying vehicles that suit their needs and budget.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Prepare sales documentation and contracts.
- Follow up sales leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current vehicle models, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Skills and Experience
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Motor Vehicle Salesperson or in a similar automotive sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer management systems.
- A valid driver's licence.

Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
