Barista / Front of House
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista / Front of House team member to join our busy café and gourmet grocer.
We pride ourselves on warm hospitality, consistently high-quality products, and creating a space that feels like a home away from home for both customers and staff.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely enjoys hospitality, and takes pride in delivering great coffee and customer service every shift.
About the Role
Your primary focus will be coffee service, with support across front of house.
You will be expected to:
- Produce consistently high-quality coffee
- Work calmly and efficiently during busy service
- Deliver warm and genuine customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee and service areas
- Work collaboratively with the wider team
- Contribute positively to team culture and service standards
Skills & Experience
Successful applicants will have:
- Previous barista experience in a busy café environment
- Confidence operating independently during service
- Strong workflow and communication skills
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Reliability and punctuality
- Weekend availability preferred
