The Non-Inventory Receiver will work as part of a team with other Non-Inventory Receivers and the SPM to manage the flow of non-inventory goods, including MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools. Job functions include: PIT rider operation; offloading and accurately putting away non-inventory goods; staging product in work areas; organising packaging supplies; maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies, kanbans, and supermarkets; receiving goods into the Coupa system (data entry); researching missing non-inventory shipments; assisting with payment inquiries from A/P; and file keeping.
Key job responsibilities
- Ensure all units are off loaded and accurately stowed
- Organisation of shipping supplies
- Receive goods in Coupa (Amazon Purchasing System)
- Perform weekly Cycle count by using Amazon Purchasing System
- Deliver shipping supplies/ consumables to relevant department
- Assist Procurement Analyst on shipping supplies stock management
- Coaching associates to work safely at all times
- Referring all job injuries immediately to area manager
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Proficiency in data entry with the ability to navigate purchasing and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in receiving and stowing goods
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- LF Licence SITDOWN
- Experience using Coupa or similar procurement/purchasing systems
- Experience in non-inventory or MRO supply management
- Experience with cycle counting and stock management processes
- Familiarity with kanban systems and supermarket replenishment methodologies
- Experience working with Accounts Payable teams on payment inquiries and shipment discrepancies
- Experience coaching or mentoring team members on safety and operational procedures
