Radical Recruitment is building something special in Box Hill and is proudly partnering with a values driven Approved Provider to recruit passionate and dedicated ECT, Diploma and Certificate III Educators for a brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service from day one, helping to build a positive team culture and deliver high-quality early education within a growing community.
Your Opportunity
Be part of a supportive and collaborative team where your contribution will help shape a high-quality learning environment for children and families. You will play a key role in delivering engaging programs and supporting the centre’s growth and success.
Your Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality care and educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
· Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
· Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
· Contribute to program planning, documentation, and daily operations
· Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes
· Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
What You’ll Bring
· 2+ years of experience working as an educator (ECT, Diploma or Certificate III)
· Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
· A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
