We are requiring an energetic and kitchen hand for our HACCP food production facility in Alexandria. The successful candidate will take great pride in being detail oriented and efficient with their time. The person would need to be comfortable with receiving goods and cleaning within our HACCP food premises.
English skills required for recording incoming stock delivered to the premises. Some basic food preparation as well as maintaining best before dates and stock rotation for all dry and refrigerated ingredients.
Detailed cleaning required for:
- Dishes from pastry production
- Bathrooms and toilets
- Chemical room and maintaining cleaning chemical supplies
- Loading docks (front and back)
- Common areas including the office, change room, front entrance, staff room, kitchenette and packaging room
- Commercial Ovens
- Trolleys and dollys
- Laundry of aprons, tea towels & cloths
- Crates
- Coolroom and freezer floor
- Stovetop, rangehood and splashback
- Surfaces (All walls, benches, shelves, floors and doors)

Applicants must already reside in Sydney, Australia and have permanent long term working rights in Australia. Must be able to commiut for at least 6 months to the set hours of Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
Full-time hours: 38 per week
