Your key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates by understanding project drawings, specifications, and site conditions
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to refine scopes and budgets
- Contribute to bid strategies that improve win rates and project profitability
- Assist with contract negotiations and value engineering exercises
- Support the senior estimating team in project tendering and post-tender analysis
What you’ll need
- Proven estimating experience in building construction
- Ideally experience with Buildsoft estimating software
- Strong understanding of the entire building process – from site setup to completion
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- A proactive attitude and keen eye for detail
