Recruit, train, co-ordinate and supervise team members.
Set clear KPI targets for staff and compile performance data.
Monitor response time of jobs and compliance with client contracts.
Manage customer satisfaction on jobs completed, manage complaints, act as point of escalation contact and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Process improvements, assess service standards and streamline workflows and procedures to boost efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure company goals are aligned within the organisation.
Pay: $80,001.00 – $100,000.00 per year
