About the Role
We are seeking team members who can confidently work across both barista duties and floor supervision, helping lead service while maintaining high standards in coffee, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy café environment
- Strong barista skills with the ability to handle high-volume coffee service
- Experience in a supervisor or senior FOH role preferred
- Confident leading shifts and supporting junior staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffee consistently during busy service periods
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
- Leading the front-of-house team during shifts
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth service flow
- Maintaining café presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- Training and mentoring junior team members where required
