Cake Shop Team Member
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team member to join our cake shop!
About the RoleAs part of our team, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for customers while assisting with the daily operations of the shop. Duties may include:
- Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
- Packaging and presenting cakes and baked goods
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Assisting with stock and general shop duties
- Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for cakes, baking, or customer service is a bonus
ExperiencePrevious experience in a cake shop, bakery, café, or retail environment is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, so we’re happy to hear from motivated applicants who are eager to learn.

Pay: $26.50 – $27.80 per hour
