Photographer & Videographer (Full-Time)
BAKE'D Sydney is one of Australia's fastest-growing café brands, renowned for premium brunch, specialty coffee, artisan pastries and exceptional customer experiences.
We're looking for a creative and passionate Photographer & Videographer to help bring our brand to life through high-quality visual storytelling across multiple locations.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for capturing and producing engaging content that showcases our food, people, stores and brand culture. Working closely with management and our marketing team, you'll create content that drives customer engagement and supports our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional food and beverage photography.
- Film and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories and promotional campaigns.
- Photograph new menu items, products and seasonal launches.
- Cover store openings, events and behind-the-scenes content.
- Produce content for our website, digital advertising and print marketing.
- Maintain an organised library of photos and videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with BAKE'D Sydney's premium brand identity.
- Travel between Sydney stores when required.
About You
- Experience in professional photography and videography.
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of social media content and current trends.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair.
- Current Australian driver's licence and own vehicle preferred.
