What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating workforce mobilisations across our business.
- Managing employee onboarding, medicals, inductions and site access requirements
- Maintaining compliance records, licences, competencies and training documentation
- Monitoring and updating employee records across various systems
- Raising purchase orders and managing associated administration
- Coordinating PPE requirements and deliveries
- Building strong relationships with employees, site leaders and external providers
- Ensuring our people are site-ready and compliant every step of the way
What You'll Bring
- Previous mobilisation, onboarding or workforce coordination experience within mining, resources or a related industry
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Order 45 and Qld Coal Medical monitoring experience advantageous.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
