We’re looking for a creative and passionate Content Specialist to bring the Busy Bees brand to life through engaging digital content that connects with families, strengthens our online presence and supports enrolment growth across Australia.
Create engaging, high-quality content across our website, blogs, Google Business Profiles and social media channels.
Bring our brand to life through creative campaigns that connect with families and support customer acquisition.
Plan, schedule and manage a dynamic content calendar aligned with key marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor online reviews, comments and community conversations, building positive engagement and protecting our brand reputation.
Keep centre information fresh, accurate and optimised for search while identifying new opportunities to improve content performance and reach.
You'll be a confident self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, quickly understands the bigger picture and can work autonomously to deliver engaging, high-quality content across multiple digital channels.
A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bees values.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline.
Experience creating compelling digital content across websites, social media, blogs, email and other customer-facing channels.
Exceptional copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail.
Experience using WordPress (or similar CMS), Canva and AI-powered content tools.
Knowledge of SEO principles, Google Business Profile optimisation and digital content best practices.
