Your New Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative, confident Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist who’s as passionate about recruitment as we are to join our Australian team. If you’re someone who thinks outside the box, is confident in tackling complex recruitment campaigns, and places a high value on candidate care, then you’ll fit right in with our team of driven professionals based across Australia. You will be empowered to own your role and make it your own. Your key responsibilities include:

End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment cycle for your portfolio with precision and care, ensuring every candidate experiences the supportive, people first culture that defines Better Rehab.

Culture Ambassador: Representing Better Rehab’s vibrant and caring culture to all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Expert Sourcing: Plan and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to source Clinicians for our roles.

Collaborative Workforce Planning: Working closely with clinical and leadership teams to ensure we meet our team needs, focusing on valuing ourselves and others.

Talent Innovation: Utilising both active and passive recruitment techniques, pushing the boundaries to find the best talent out there.

About You:
You will be an experienced internal TA professional who brings a history recruiting for challenging roles in people-oriented sectors such as Health or Education. More importantly, you will be an expert sourcer who understands how to take a comprehensive approach to sourcing candidates activating both passive and active channels. At the same time, you will bring the ability to build effective partnerships with your hiring managers to collaboratively achieve their hiring goals.

You will also bring:

An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness/eligibility to obtain)

Employment Eligibility within Australia.

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management or Talent Acquisition will be highly regarded, but not essential.
This role can be based out of any capital city. .
