The opportunity
We are seeking a detail focused and organised Administrator Billing & Claims to join our Energy and Utilities Support Services Hub. In this role you will play a key part in supporting billing and claims activities across a diverse portfolio of projects and operational contracts.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Coordinators and Finance teams you will ensure invoices and claims are prepared validated and submitted accurately and on time in line with contractual and financial requirements. This is a great opportunity to contribute to critical business operations while working in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Prepare invoices and completion claims in line with project and contractual requirements
- Validate billing documentation including timesheets purchase orders and supporting records
- Process billing requests through the Support Services Hub platform
- Maintain accurate billing records in financial systems including JDEGS
- Track billing status and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support project teams with billing queries and documentation requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of billing processes and workflows
What we’re looking for
You will bring strong administrative experience within billing invoicing or financial processes along with a high level of attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key requirements include
- Experience in billing invoicing claims or financial administration roles
- Experience supporting billing within project or operational environments
- Strong understanding of billing documentation including timesheets purchase orders and financial records
- Experience working with financial systems such as JDEGS or similar ERP platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
