About the role
We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team at Clyde Accident Repair Centre' in Clyde North, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, using industry-leading techniques and equipment.
What you'll be doing
- Carefully assess vehicle damage, follow relevant job sheet applicable
- Use specialised tools and equipment to straighten, reshape and realign vehicle panels and components
- Perform welding, cutting, and metal finishing to restore damaged areas
- Apply filler, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting
- Collaborate with the paint team to ensure a seamless finish
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Proven experience and qualification as a Panel Beater
- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and industry standards
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
- Valid driver's licence and your own tools
- Experience in ibodyshop not essential but would benefit
