About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic F&B Supervisor to join the team at Wattle Bar + Kitchen, Rydges North Sydney's all-day restaurant and bar. Serving modern Australian food with native ingredients — from breakfast through to shared plates, grill mains, cocktails and regional wines — Wattle is a relaxed, welcoming space where hotel guests and North Sydney locals come together over good food and genuine hospitality.
In this role, you'll lead the floor across breakfast, lunch and dinner services, ensuring every guest is looked after from the moment they sit down. You'll supervise and motivate a team of F&B attendants, work closely with our Culinary team to keep service running smoothly, and help maintain the high standards our guests expect — whether it's a quick coffee and pastry or a full evening dining experience.
What You'll Bring
- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, ideally within a restaurant, café or dining environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
