Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time)
3–4 Days per Week | Sunshine Coast
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit business that partners with premium brands and specialises in the storage, packing and dispatch of products with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and customer service. The business is expanding and offers a supportive team environment where every person makes a genuine impact.
Working within a certified organic warehouse, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are handled with care and orders are accurately prepared while maintaining the high standards required for organic certification and food-grade handling.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
- Assisting with the manufacture of certified organic products by following production processes and recipes
- Operating production equipment to mix ingredients and manufacture capsules and powdered products
- Filling jars, pouches and other packaging with finished products
- Labelling, sealing and preparing products for distribution
- Maintaining accurate production and batch records where required
- Assisting with inventory management, stock control and replenishment
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic warehouse and production environment
- Following certified organic handling procedures, food safety requirements and workplace health and safety practices
About You

- Has excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work and is comfortable lifting and moving stock
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Is committed to maintaining quality and safety standards
- Shares an appreciation for premium products and sustainable business practices
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous warehouse, logistics or dispatch experience
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
