We are seeking talented and compassionate Physiotherapists to contribute to our mission of enhancing the lives of our clients at their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose clients before planning and managing their care and liaising with other treating professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Holding physical exercise sessions for clients.
- Providing targeted massages and joint manipulation.
- Educating clients about movement and exercise.
- Writing reports for doctors and other medical specialists.
- Helping clients manage chronic diseases or acute physical injuries.
- Improving client mobility and enhancing their quality of life.
Support Team Collaboration:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating team events or training sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication within the office.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist in compiling and analysing data for reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Have expert knowledge in human anatomy and physiology, exercise physiology, neuroscience, and psychology.
- Know how to apply manual therapy techniques and other techniques such as ultrasound or acupuncture.
- Be able to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including case managers, suppliers, and Support Coordinators.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Current Police Check.
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Valid driver’s licence.
