Description:
Perfection Fresh is seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the seamless supply of fresh produce from growers to customers by coordinating supply plans, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Working closely with growers, operations, sales and supply teams, you'll help drive supply chain efficiency while ensuring products are delivered on time, in full, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute weekly and seasonal supply plans to meet customer demand.
- Manage product allocations, inventory and customer order fulfilment.
- Coordinate daily supply requirements with growers, warehouses and operational teams.
- Monitor supply, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain service levels.
- Build strong relationships with growers and key internal stakeholders.
- Track inventory, minimise waste and support stock management activities.
- Coordinate packaging requirements and maintain accurate supply data and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You'll be a proactive and detail-oriented supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
You'll also bring:
3–5 years' experience in supply planning, logistics or supply chain, ideally within fresh produce, FMCG or agriculture.
Strong understanding of inventory management and supply planning.
Experience working with growers, suppliers or production teams.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
