The Club is home to a waterfront bistro with a strong seafood focus, two bars and sun-drenched decks made for enjoying delicious food, refreshing drinks and waterfront views.

About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be an important part of our kitchen team, taking ownership of your section and helping deliver consistently well-presented, delicious food.
You’ll work alongside our Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team in a busy environment where teamwork, communication and high standards matter.
Whether you’re looking for the stability of a full-time role or the flexibility of casual shifts, we’d love to hear from chefs who are ready to get stuck in and be part of the team.
What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Strong cooking skills and confidence running your own section
High standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
A team-first attitude and great communication skills
The ability to stay calm and organised when the kitchen gets busy
A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
Reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking ownership of your section during prep and service
Preparing and presenting delicious, well-presented dishes to a consistently high standard
Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth, efficient services
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and organisation within your section
Assisting with prep, stock rotation and minimising waste
Contributing ideas and bringing a positive attitude to the kitchen
Helping create a respectful, supportive and high-performing kitchen culture
