About the Role:
Chubb Fire & Security Australia is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Support Specialist to support our service and operational teams in Salisbury on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, billing, and customer portal administration while working across multiple enterprise systems.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high‑volume environment, values process accuracy, and enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Portal Administration

Maintain and manage third‑party customer portals.

Upload compliance documents such as certificates and insurance documentation.

Submit claims and invoices through customer portals when required.
Operations & Administrative Support

Provide transactional administrative support aligned with operational processes.

Ensure system data accuracy and adherence to defined service levels and process controls.
