Casual Café Chef – Bakery

Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Café Chef to join our team at Sonoma Bakery. This is a casual role, ideal for someone who has experience in a bakery café or breakfast café and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including traditional and bakery-inspired offerings.
- Manage food preparation to ensure high-quality, fresh ingredients are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Work efficiently to meet demand during peak hours.
- Coordinate with bakery staff to ensure timely service of baked goods and breakfast items.
About You:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a breakfast or bakery setting.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple orders at once.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
