Baker – Bakers Delight Hampton or Wellington Village

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Baker to join our team, with opportunities available at either Bakers Delight Hampton or Bakers Delight Wellington Village, Rowville.

You will be joining an experienced and skilled production team who work collaboratively and are happy to provide training and support.
The Position
As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality breads and bakery products in accordance with Bakers Delight recipes, procedures and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, mixing, moulding, baking and finishing bread and other bakery products
- Maintaining consistently high standards of product quality and presentation
- Following food safety, workplace health and safety, and cleaning procedures
- Managing production requirements efficiently throughout your shift
- Working collaboratively with other bakers, bakery assistants and the sales team
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production environment
- Contributing positively to a professional and enjoyable workplace
Roster & Work-Life Balance
We understand that a good roster is an important part of enjoying your work.
Our bakers work a rotating roster of 19 starts every four weeks, providing additional days away from work compared with a traditional five-day working week.
The roster includes some weekend work, balanced with regular long weekends off, allowing our team members to plan and enjoy their time outside the bakery.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and takes pride in producing quality products.
Ideally, you will have bakery or food production experience; however, we are also interested in hearing from candidates who have relevant skills and a genuine willingness to learn. Our experienced team is happy to provide training and support to the right person.
