About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Team Member to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with salmon preparationand customer service duties
- Prepare tuna mixes, signature sauce mixes, and chopping fresh vegetables daily
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls to company standards (experience in roll-making highly regarded)
- Take orders, serve customers, and process payments when required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
- Support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment
Shifts & Availability
- Full-Time role, average of 38 ordinary hours per week
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Shifts may start from 9:00 AM
- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable
Pay & Conditions
- Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
- Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development
Requirements
- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
