Experienced Café & Restaurant Manager
H2O Café Restaurant, Narrabeen is seeking an experienced and motivated Café & Restaurant Manager to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on manager with a minimum of 2–3 years of management experience in a busy café or restaurant environment.
The successful candidate must be available to work weekends and be confident leading a team, managing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily café and restaurant operations
- Staff rostering and shift management
- Training and developing team members
- Supervising floor service and customer experience
- Managing bookings and reservations
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Stock control and ordering
- Ensuring compliance with RSA and food safety requirements
- Opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining high service and presentation standards
- Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years management experience in a café or restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- RSA Certificate required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Australian citizen only
Salary
$65,000 – $70,000 + Superannuation
(depending on experience)
