We’re expanding and hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our Brisbane team and work with our Australian and New Zealand customers.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Brisbane office.
Core Responsibilities
Deliver fast, thoughtful support via chat, email, and phone
Help customers unlock the full value of their Tanda subscription
Investigate and troubleshoot technical queries with confidence
Guide business owners and managers through best-practice system usage
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Identify recurring trends and customer insights to help shape product and sales strategy
