About the Role
Kailos International Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day human resources functions of the business, working closely with management and employees to ensure effective HR practices, compliance and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee induction.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR information.
- Provide HR advice and support to management and employees.
- Assist with employee relations, performance and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Support workforce planning and employee development.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and support general HR initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Officer or similar HR role.
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
