Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our close-knit, high-performing team on Sydney's Upper North Shore.
This role is suited to a driven, customer-centric professional who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional, personalised purchasing experience. You will act as a trusted Mercedes-Benz ambassador, guiding clients through their ownership journey while upholding the premium standards that define the brand.
In this role you will:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing Mercedes-Benz clients

Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience across our New, Pre-Owned, and Vans offerings

Present and demonstrate the full Mercedes-Benz model range with expert product knowledge

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity

Manage customer leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using CRM systems
-
Coordinate vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless and memorable delivery experience

Ensure compliance with dealership processes, Mercedes-Benz Australia standards, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams

Represent Mercedes-Benz Hornsby with professionalism in every client interaction
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury retail (automotive preferred)

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

A polished, professional presentation and communication style

A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand

A results-driven approach with strong negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

Valid driver's licence
