We are a new barbershop that is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for people, takes genuine pride in their craft and wants to help build something truly special.
About the Role
We are offering 2-3 days per week to start. These will include a Friday and Saturday and flexibility is highly favourable.
As our client base continues to grow, we expect the available days to increase quickly, with the intention of transitioning the right person into a full time position after the initial probationary period.
Who We Are Looking For
An experienced barber who takes pride in their work and understands that exceptional service is just as important as an exceptional haircut.
You will bring:
- At least 5+ years full time barbering experience
- Confidence and consistency in your craft
- A genuine passion for customer service
- A natural ability to connect with people
- Professionalism, reliability and punctuality
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Honest and open communication
- A team focused mindset
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly environment
- A willingness to keep learning, evolving and refining your skills
- The ability to work professionally while still having a laugh and contributing to a workplace people genuinely enjoy

- Scissor haircuts
- Fades and classic barbering
- Beard shaping and detailing
- Cut throat razor services
- Thorough client consultations
- Precise detailing and finishing touches
- Experience with long hair
