We are an upmarket restaurant seeking a Chef to join our team to assist in daily operations, preparation and working alongside the Head Chef.
The position is around 25-35 hours Tuesday to Saturday with flexibility. You will help in managing cold larder and hot entrees and desserts as well as assisting in any mains prep.
Your responsibilities will also include running the pass and looking after your sections and working together with the Head Chef during service.
What you need:
- At least 1 years experience in a similar position
- leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
