Club Supervisor – Operations
Location: Rich River Golf Club, Moama

Availability: Evenings, weekends and public holidays required
Are you a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a Club Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
About the Role
As a Club Supervisor, you'll support day-to-day Club operations during your rostered shifts, overseeing food & beverage, gaming and functions. As a leader on site, you'll ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely and in line with Club policies and procedures.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for guiding frontline teams, responding to incidents and ensuring a high-quality customer experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support staff across all operational areas during your shift
Set the standard for service, professionalism and team culture
Manage shift procedures including float checks, opening/closing and workstation readiness
Handle customer inquiries, incidents and complaints professionally and promptly
Oversee staff rostering, breaks and on-shift performance
Ensure safety, compliance and security of Club premises and assets
Monitor and support compliance with RSA, RCG, Food Safety and WHS obligations
Respond to first aid situations and act as Fire Warden during emergencies
Support the setup and smooth delivery of Club functions and events
Work closely with security personnel and external contractors when required
Report maintenance or safety issues promptly and follow up as needed
About You
2 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or Club operations
Approachable, strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong understanding of cash handling, compliance and frontline service delivery
Tech-savvy and capable of navigating point-of-sale and venue management systems
Essential Certifications
NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG)
Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
