We’re currently looking for full-time or part-time (3 days per week minimum) Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our passionate and supportive Perth team (anywhere south of the river).
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice.
- Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
- Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective best practice.
- Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards.

- NDIS Registration as a PBS Practitioner - Core upwards (may consider suitable reg with extensive relevant experience)
- Ideally a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- A driver's license and your own vehicle
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous NDIS and community experience is desirable!
