Qualification – A bachelors level or higher education in a highly relevant field is a must.

Duties:
· Lead and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
· Develop and implement production schedules, operational plans and manufacturing procedures to meet business objectives.
· Supervise, mentor and manage production staff, including allocating duties, monitoring performance and providing ongoing guidance.
· Monitor production costs, resource utilisation and operational efficiency, implementing strategies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
· Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and production resources.
· Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with workplace health and safety legislation, quality assurance standards and company policies.
· Review production data and prepare operational reports, analysing performance and recommending improvements where required.
· Oversee the maintenance, servicing and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment to minimise downtime.
· Work closely with senior management and other department managers to coordinate production priorities and business requirements.
· Identify, evaluate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, quality and operational performance.
· Assist with the planning, acquisition and installation of new machinery, equipment and production technologies.
· Monitor inventory levels of production materials and coordinate stock requirements to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
