Senior Technical Lead — Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead software development or technical delivery teams
Design system architecture and scalable solutions
Review code and enforce engineering best practices
Mentor developers, engineers, and junior tech leads
Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, and business teams
Manage technical risks and troubleshoot production issues
Drive DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and security standards
Estimate project timelines and technical effort
Ensure system performance, reliability, and maintainability
Participate in hiring and technical interviews
