Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business data
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Support management with business insights and analytical reporting
- Develop spreadsheets, charts, and data visualizations
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate data
- Assist with forecasting, reporting, and business planning activities
- Ensure confidentiality and proper management of company information
Requirements
- Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting platforms is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with reporting software or analytical platforms
- Familiarity with operational reporting and performance analysis
Pay: $71,241.02 – $125,522.13 per year
