Details: The Assurance Review and Complaints team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Review and Assurance Off icer who is proactive and a highly organised professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written communication abilities and a genuine interest in quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrate sound judgement and attention to detail, and be capable of managing competing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
In this role as a Review and Assurance Officer, you will support the delivery of review, complaints management and quality assurance functions that promote accountability, transparency and positive outcomes across Housing ACT. Working in a complex and rewarding environment, you will contribute to a broad range of assurance and review activities designed to strengthen services, systems and decision-making for some of the ACT’s most vulnerable community members.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyse information, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and support quality assurance processes that drive continuous quality improvement. You will prepare clear, accurate and professional correspondence, assist with reviews and investigations, and contribute to the development of recommendations that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Desirable skills include experience in assurance activities, drafting Government correspondence, and a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
As this role is likely to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and young people, cultural awareness, the capacity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly desirable.

Notes: This is a temporary vacancy available immediately for six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
