Operating 7 days per week lunch & dinner, our menu is full of pub classics, fresh seafood, steaks and a range of tap beers with a cocktail + wine list.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Managing an excellent customer experience
· Mentoring and leading a team of wait and bar staff
· Staff recruitment, training and team development
· Working closely and cooperatively with other managers including Head Chef
· Performing daily management tasks including opening and closing the restaurant and daily reporting

THE RESTAURANT MANAGER WILL BRING:
· Minimum 1+ years management experience in a similar role within a restaurant & bar environment
· Solid understanding of the ability to manage labour costs and targets using electronic payroll and rostering systems
· Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written delivered with a positive attitude
Successful applicants to possess RSA and RSG would be advantageous. You must have permanent residency, no students, no visas thank you.
