About the Role
As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting care staff, and promoting the health, wellbeing, and dignity of our residents.
Duties include:

Providing safe, evidence-based nursing care

Conducting clinical assessments and care planning

Administering medications and treatments
-
Monitoring and responding to changes in residents' health status

Supporting and mentoring care staff
-
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Working collaboratively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A commitment to person-centred care

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous aged care experience (preferred but not essential)
Essential Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Current National Police Check

Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations as required

Current working rights in Australia
