We’re looking for a reliable, early-riser to join our Central Kitchen team as a Delivery Driver. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face delivering our fresh food and catering orders to cafés, hospitals and corporate clients.
Role Details
- Start time: 4:00am (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as required)
- Employment type: Full-time/ casual/part time
- Vehicle: Company van provided for all work-related deliveries
What you’ll be doing
- Collecting packed orders from the central kitchen and loading the delivery van safely and efficiently
- Delivering products to multiple sites on a set run, following the delivery manifest
- Ensuring orders are complete, correctly labelled and handled with care
- Checking and recording delivery temperatures where required
- Maintaining clean, organised crates and assisting with crate returns
- Providing friendly, professional service to all sites and customers
- Completing basic delivery paperwork and using any required delivery apps or scanning systems
- Keeping the van clean, tidy and reporting any maintenance issues
What we’re looking for
- Current valid driver’s licence (good driving record essential)
- Comfortable with early starts (4:00am) and working to a delivery schedule
- Physically fit and able to lift and move crates/boxes
- Strong attention to detail – you care that the right product gets to the right place, on time
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics or hospitality is an advantage, but not essential
