THE ROLE
Full Time (Mon to Fri)
We seek an enthusiastic, responsible, well-presented Level 2 Helpdesk Support Technician to join our small, dedicated national team. This role would suit someone who is a team player but can work alone. You are expected to have excellent customer service and communication skills.
This role will be ideal for someone who is currently in a Level 2 Support role and is looking for a change or to advance their skills via training and on-the-job exposure using the Microsoft 365 admin portal and Endpoint manager. This is suited to an experienced Cybersecurity Expert who has finished an IT-related degree and has also completed certifications as a Microsoft Administrator Expert and Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert
Microsoft Administrator Expert and Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert certifications are required.
You will be based in Brisbane CBD. A car is essential for this role.
In this role you will also:
- Provide 2nd Level Remote, Phone and Onsite IT Support
- Troubleshoot Hardware and Software related issues
- Troubleshoot Network and cloud related issues
- Provide Support for Microsoft Technologies, including Microsoft 365
- Provisioning customers from scratch in the Microsoft Ecosystem using essential 8 Framework
- Coordinate Service Requests & Helpdesk Tickets
- Assist with providing proposals, implementing an managing projects
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Be available from Monday to Friday to cover our different shifts (7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm and 11am to 7pm)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MUST be customer service-focused and have strong communication skills.
- MUST have finished an IT-related degree in Cyber Security.
- MUST be a certified Microsoft Administrator Expert.
- MUST be a certified Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
- MUST have a Minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
- MUST have experience in Essential 8 ML1 and ML2 Framework.
- MUST have minimum two years Azure server experience.
- MUST have minimum two years Autotask PSA experience
- Must have minimum two years helpdesk coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking skills coordination skills.
- 2 Years experience managing complex projects
A genuine passion for Information Technology and excellent communication skills are a must. Experience in a customer service role would be highly regarded.
